Job Overview
Looking for an individual with basic company operations knowledge. This position will collaborate with
different teams within the organization such as Sales, Engineering, Production, and Procurement to
facilitate operations, compliance, materials movement, inventory control, record keeping, and scheduling. The emphasis of the work will vary depending on the level of operations knowledge. KAM CONTROLS is a solution driven organization that provides instruments, applications, and services to respond effectively to Customers’ needs.
Essential Job Duties

Job Requirements
• Associate's degree a must, Bachelor's preferred
• Driver’s license preferred
• 2 years of company operations experience preferred
• Attention to detail
• Strong and effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer skills, MS Office knowledge a must
• Time management, self-motivated with limited supervision
• Bi-Lingual (English + Spanish) preferred
• Ability to commit to the position for an unlimited period of time

Job Overview
KAM Controls, Inc., Houston, TX seeks R&D Engineer to engineer and / or update instrument drawings for RFQs and other drawings required by R&D. Liquids mixing calculations, pressure drop calculations, determining mixing recommendations, etc. Procurement of pumps and components for the KAM Measurement Loop solution. R&D documentation: including but not limited to assembly instructions, installation procedures, building diagrams, troubleshooting documentation, bill of materials, etc. Conduct advanced CFD simulations using OpenFOAM to assess fluid dynamics, evaluate mixing efficiency, and determine optimal C1/C2 ratios for enhanced tool performance. Perform detailed analysis on flow behavior, turbulence modeling, and pressure gradients to support the design and optimization of KAM mixing solutions. Design and develop product assemblies in support of R&D initiatives. Identify and communicate with suppliers for parts and components needed to complete KAM solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Interdisciplinary/Innovation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related or equivalent and 12 months experience.
